The Foundation for Surgical Technology provides scholarships every year for students who are pursuing a career in surgical technology at CAAHEP-accredited schools. And the only way the Foundation can continue to provide these scholarships is through fundraising efforts directed to both industry and individuals. To date, the Foundation for Surgical Technology has provided over $15,000 to over 20 students in support of their surgical technology education. In addition to the scholarships, the Foundation has funded one CST on an international surgery team to Ecuador for surgical work in the jungle. It is efforts like these that demonstrate the commitment the Foundation has to its goals, and it is efforts like these that warrant your support.
